About the Civil Engineer Role

A Confidential Government entity in Riyadh is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team. This full-time position involves participation in the design, development, and implementation of various civil engineering projects, including essential infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the planning and design of civil engineering projects using computer-aided design (CAD) and modeling software.
• Conducting field surveys and site investigations to collect data for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborating with senior engineers to prepare technical reports, project specifications, and engineering calculations.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participating in project meetings, contributing to discussions on project execution and problem resolution.
• Supporting the development of project plans, including cost estimations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Documenting engineering processes and maintaining accurate records.
• Reviewing and analyzing project designs for sustainability, efficiency, and innovative construction techniques.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven understanding of civil engineering principles, structural analysis fundamentals, and design criteria.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, regulations, and environmental engineering standards.
• Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses for project evaluations.
• Strong mathematical background, particularly in calculus and statistics relevant to engineering.
