Core Code IO is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring a high level of service delivery.

The Role of a Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional assistance and resolving concerns to ensure a positive experience throughout their engagement with Core Code IO. This role requires an excellent communicator who can understand client needs, manage requests efficiently, and build strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries across various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely information tailored to client needs and in adherence to company procedures.
• Assist clients with questions, requests, account-related issues, and service concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver effective solutions in a professional manner.
• Follow up with clients to confirm proper resolution of their requests.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal teams for further action.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, requests, and resolutions.
• Monitor open requests to ensure timely follow-up and completion.
• Identify recurring client concerns and communicate feedback to internal departments for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain a professional, responsive, and client-focused approach in all interactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of previous experience in client support, customer service, customer support, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated professional, proactive, and client-oriented attitude.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must possess a reliable internet connection and a suitable setup to support remote work capabilities as required.
