About the Clinical Physical Operations Admin Role

This role provides essential operational support for clinical physical operations, focusing on physician scheduling, system configurations, data accuracy, and inter-departmental coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Clinic Master Scheduling Entry: Enter clinic schedules into the scheduling system module following approvals. Implement blockages and manage schedule modification requests.
• Physicians Privileging: Maintain an updated physician privileges tracker. Initiate privileges for newly hired doctors and update clinical privileges forms for all doctors.
• Medical Team Communication: Gather feedback from doctors and relay it to management.
• Doctor Support and Orientations: Coordinate and facilitate doctor onboarding processes, ensuring alignment between departments and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Post Digital Consultation Services Coordination: Liaise with the operations team to facilitate the execution of post-consultation service requests originating from the digital clinic.

Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for healthcare-related fields.
• 0-1 years of experience is required.
