Role Overview: Cloud Security Transformation Manager

Accenture is seeking a Cloud Security Transformation Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves pioneering security solutions and driving the strategic evolution of cloud security within organizations. The manager will be instrumental in defining and implementing robust cloud security frameworks and practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the organization’s cloud security strategy, roadmap, and target state architecture.
Design security reference architectures for AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.
Establish cloud security standards, policies, and guardrails aligned with business risk appetite.
Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and security design reviews for cloud initiatives.
Translate regulatory and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI, etc.) into practical cloud controls.
Partner with cloud engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines.
Drive Zero Trust, identity-first security, and least-privilege access models in the cloud.
Define security requirements for cloud-native services, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless.
Evaluate and select cloud security tools (CSPM, CNAPP, CIEM, CWPP, SIEM integrations).
Provide executive-level guidance on cloud risk, security posture, and investment priorities.
Act as the escalation point for complex cloud security design and risk decisions.
