About TestCrew and the Role

TestCrew | Quality Engineering & Software Testing is seeking a Co-op Training Human Resources trainee to join its HR team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Overview

The Co-op Trainee will have the opportunity to engage with various aspects of Human Resources. This role provides a foundation for developing practical HR knowledge and skills while supporting the team's daily operations and strategic initiatives. The trainee will contribute directly to the HR function within TestCrew, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with daily human resources operations.
• Assist in organizing and updating employee records and data.
• Contribute to employee activities, internal communications, and HR-related initiatives.
• Provide assistance with HR reports, data analysis, projects, and other activities as directed by the HR team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience, suitable for a co-op training program.
• A motivated approach to learning and gaining practical experience in Human Resources.
