Commercial Manager Role Overview

Tharwah Holding Company is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial performance of Nova. This is a full-time, revenue-carrying commercial leadership position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role involves end-to-end ownership of commercial performance, including direct enterprise and government sales, partner channel management, and driving the practitioner certification business. The Commercial Manager will be accountable for signed contracts, collected revenue, and multi-year account renewals across Saudi ministries, giga-projects, and large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and convert a robust pipeline across enterprise, government, and giga-project accounts.
• Lead consultative sales cycles with CHROs, HR directors, and talent leaders to secure multi-year agreements.
• Recruit and manage certified partners under the Nova partner program while protecting channel economics.
• Convert certified practitioners into organizational clients and own onboarding, adoption, and retention.
• Maintain pricing discipline against approved commercial ladders and oversee commercial governance.
• Prepare commercial performance reporting for leadership and the board.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a commercial leadership capacity. The role requires a proven track record in direct enterprise and government sales, channel management, and driving business growth within the technology or assessment platform sector.

Compensation Package

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary complemented by performance-linked variable compensation. This variable component is tied directly to collected revenue and account renewals.
