About Wnees and the Role

Wnees is seeking a Concept Developer for Events, Summits, and Exhibitions to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to the development of creative and actionable concepts for various large-scale projects.

Role Purpose

The Concept Developer is responsible for translating client objectives into integrated, actionable creative concepts for events, summits, conferences, and exhibitions. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional experiences that align with the client’s identity, goals, and core message, focusing on both innovation and feasibility within project parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly analyze RFPs, client objectives, and target audiences.
• Craft core creative concepts and build compelling project storylines.
• Create themes, visual identities, and creative directions for projects.
• Establish comprehensive creative directions, including color palettes, materials, design styles, and overall visitor experiences.
• Design seamless visitor journeys from arrival to departure.
• Conceive engaging activations, activities, and interactive touchpoints.
• Define space allocation and zoning strategies in collaboration with the design team.
• Prepare mood boards, reference images, and concept boards.
• Write persuasive creative narratives for presentation decks.
• Partner with 2D, 3D, Motion, and Content teams to ensure accurate execution of the concept.
• Review design outputs to ensure full alignment with the approved creative concept.
• Present concepts to clients and actively participate in pitches, meetings, and workshops.
• Stay updated on global industry trends across events, exhibitions, and experience design.
• Propose innovative solutions tailored to project budgets and execution timelines.
• Ensure total consistency across all project touchpoints with the overall creative vision and message.

Daily Activities

• Review new project briefs and RFPs.
• Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions with the team.
• Develop creative concepts and narrative frameworks.
• Prepare comprehensive creative presentation decks.
• Coordinate with design, production, and content teams.
• Review design deliverables before final sign-off.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of professional experience in concept development, event design, or a related creative field. A foundational understanding of event production and creative processes is beneficial.
