Conference Producer LIONS Arabic Speaker

About the Role

Informa PLC is seeking an Arabic-speaking Conference Producer for LIONS Riyadh. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on developing and delivering the content program for LIONS Riyadh. The successful candidate will research industry trends, identify speakers, and manage communications to ensure a cohesive and impactful festival program.

About Tahaluf and LIONS Riyadh

Tahaluf is a joint venture between Informa PLC, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), and the Events Investment Fund (EIF). It is a B2B live and on-demand events organizer in Saudi Arabia. LIONS Riyadh, launched by Tahaluf in partnership with LIONS and Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Media, is a distinct festival within the global LIONS community. It aims to amplify Middle Eastern creativity on a global stage, showcasing regional talent and connecting creative industries with leading networks and brands. The inaugural three-day festival will take place at KAFD, Riyadh, from 6–8 December 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce relevant industry conference programs.
• Research and develop session ideas across creativity, marketing, media, technology, culture, and emerging industry trends.
• Liaise with professionals, institutions, and companies in program development.
• Engage with and confirm attendance of recommended speakers.
• Identify global, Saudi, and regional speakers relevant to the LIONS Riyadh audience.
• Maintain and update the speaker database with accurate information.
• Prepare creative briefs for the Marketing team and speaker briefs, session outlines, and moderator notes.
• Assist in providing relevant leads to Commercial and Partnerships teams.
• Conduct post-Festival analysis, including session performance and audience feedback.
• Support program scheduling, speaker logistics, and order-of-show preparation.
• Research topics with industry professionals and target audiences.
• Develop new program ideas and content through meetings, interviews, and research.
• Stay informed on trends across advertising, marketing, media, technology, entertainment, culture, and the creator economy.
• Identify key opinion leaders, institutions, and companies relevant to the Festival.
• Maintain existing relationships and build new industry contacts for content development.
• Research emerging regional and international talent, campaigns, ideas, and case studies relevant to LIONS Riyadh.
• Support the development of content formats including workshops, masterclasses, debates, and case studies.
• Help ensure strong representation of Saudi, regional, and international voices across the program.
• Liaise and network with speakers, partners, and delegates onsite to maintain service standards and gather feedback.
• Assist with onsite duties throughout the Festival, including extended working hours.
• Coordinate speaker communications, briefing calls, biographies, session information, and onsite requirements.
• Support speaker rehearsals, stage management, and order-of-show delivery.
• Build positive relationships with speakers and contributors for future LIONS Riyadh editions.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated understanding of the fast-paced and evolving industry landscape.
• Confidence in engaging with expert speakers globally.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with senior speakers and industry figures.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.

Work Environment

The Conference Producer will work closely with the Senior Conference Producer and Head of Content. The role involves supporting a team that fosters collaboration and creativity, contributing to large-scale projects and events. The position is based in Riyadh and may require extended working hours during the Festival.
