About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Construction Manager to join its site-based Construction Supervision team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a major landmark development project, focusing on end-to-end supervision and management to ensure project completion, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Project Context

The project involves the design, enabling, and main works for a large-scale destination development. This includes several iconic assets, hospitality facilities, and supporting infrastructure. The Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) operates under a client governance framework with strict requirements for program, quality, safety, and sustainability, ensuring successful operations and long-term legacy objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership to site construction teams and supervision staff.
Ensure construction works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues.
Review and approve construction plans, method statements, and work programs.
Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Oversee contract administration in coordination with commercial and contracts teams.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, dashboards, and key metrics to senior management and the client.
Support change management, claims avoidance/mitigation, and dispute resolution.
Mentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management is required.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Work Environment

This role is based on-site in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of a dedicated Construction Supervision team. The position is full-time, contributing to a significant landmark development.
