The Role of Content Creator

Bayut KSA is seeking a Content Creator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves developing engaging content that effectively showcases Bayut's brand, its clients, and the broader real estate market. The Content Creator will be instrumental in producing video content aligned with Bayut's brand identity to attract and engage audiences across social media platforms, ultimately helping to position Bayut as a leader in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand-building content designed to enhance the organization’s public image on social media.
Create high-quality visual and video content that highlights properties, lifestyle aspects, and current real estate trends.
Tailor content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand’s tone and messaging.
Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to align content with ongoing campaigns and business objectives.
Stay updated on emerging real estate and digital marketing trends to produce relevant and engaging content.
Monitor and analyze content performance data to inform and implement data-driven improvements.
Showcase Bayut’s offerings through innovative storytelling techniques to captivate target audiences.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in content creation, particularly with a focus on digital and social media platforms. A proven ability to produce engaging visual and video content, coupled with an understanding of brand communication and market trends, is essential. The role requires a proactive approach to content strategy and performance analysis.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The Content Creator will work within a collaborative environment, engaging regularly with marketing and design teams to achieve content and business goals. The role requires staying informed about local real estate dynamics and broader digital marketing shifts.
