About the Role

Noble Horizon is seeking a Content Creator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for producing and managing high-performing digital content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess 0-1 years of experience and demonstrate an understanding of content performance, audience engagement, and the ability to consistently produce relevant, trend-driven, and platform-optimized content that drives growth and community interaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Content Creator will execute a range of tasks focused on digital content production, social media support, performance optimization, and community engagement. This includes:

• Developing and executing engaging content strategies across multiple digital platforms.
• Monitoring content performance and adapting strategies based on data and audience insights.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content alignment and delivery.
• Maintaining brand consistency and quality standards in all content produced.

Content Creation and Publishing

This position involves hands-on content development and management for a diverse set of digital channels:

• Create written, visual, and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
• Develop captions, scripts, hooks, headlines, and post copy in both Arabic and English.
• Capture and produce short-form content, including reels, stories, interviews, event coverage, and trend-led formats.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, quality standards, and platform best practices.
• Support day-to-day publishing across social platforms and maintain content calendars.
• Adapt content formats for platform-specific performance and audience behavior.
• Monitor trends, cultural moments, and viral opportunities relevant to KSA and the region.
• Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and delivery timelines.

Performance and Engagement

The role requires a focus on content effectiveness and audience interaction:

• Monitor content performance to identify opportunities for improving reach, engagement, and retention.
• Apply platform insights to optimize content for saves, shares, watch-time, and interaction.
• Understand audience behavior and contribute to content improvements based on data and trends.
• Support community engagement, including comments, messages, and audience interaction where required.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, videographers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support branded content, client deliverables, and campaign execution.
• Assist with minor translation and localization needs.
• Support on-ground filming and content capture during events and activations when required.

Required Experience and Competencies

Candidates should demonstrate the following qualifications and core competencies:

• 0-1 years of experience in content creation or a related digital media role.
• Proficiency in developing content in both Arabic and English.
• Creative execution and storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives and visuals.
• Platform awareness and trend sensitivity: Understanding of digital platform nuances and current trends.
• Fast execution and adaptability: Capacity to work efficiently and adjust to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration: Effective interpersonal skills for teamwork and stakeholder coordination.
• Attention to detail and brand alignment: Meticulousness in ensuring content quality and brand consistency.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Content Creator will operate in a fast-paced, digital-first environment, requiring agility and a proactive approach to content strategy and execution.
