About the Human Resources Coordinator Role

Courtyard by Marriott in Riyadh is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage administrative tasks and provide support to employees and management. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HR filing systems and personnel files for new employees.
  • Type and distribute office correspondence, including mail.
  • Order and track HR office supplies and forms.
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages, and respond to employee and management inquiries regarding company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Assist incoming candidates with application procedures and maintain a clean, accessible application area.
  • Inform HR management of employee relations issues within the division or hotel.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all hotel and employee records, files, and information.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
  • Protect company assets and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management.
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language and prepare accurate written documents.
  • Answer the telephone using appropriate protocol.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns and ensure compliance with quality expectations.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves administrative duties within a professional hotel environment.
