The Role of Corporate Lawyer

StarCare Automation is seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive legal support and guidance across the company's operations and projects, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks within a dynamic environment. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, allowing for some flexibility with work-from-home arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and project agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal governance standards.
  • Advise on corporate structuring, regulatory matters, and risk management pertinent to large-scale infrastructure and automation projects.
  • Support cross-functional teams on tenders, joint ventures, and partnership agreements.
  • Handle legal documentation for various corporate transactions.
  • Assist in managing disputes and coordinating with external legal counsel.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide training to team members on relevant legal and compliance topics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant Saudi and international regulations impacting the company's operations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer or in a similar legal role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience advising on large-scale infrastructure and automation projects is highly advantageous.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates on a hybrid basis, offering flexibility for remote work as agreed upon with management.
