The Role of Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager for laundry services to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on identifying and developing new corporate clients for laundry services across various sectors. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The manager will also maintain strong relationships with existing clients and oversee account performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement B2B/corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients in sectors such as hotels, hospitals, government, military, restaurants, industrial facilities, and staff accommodation.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, client visits, tenders, and market research.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Conduct client presentations and negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
• Understand customer laundry requirements, volumes, collection/delivery schedules, and service expectations.
• Coordinate with operations, production, logistics, and customer service teams for smooth implementation of new contracts and service quality.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations, tenders, and business proposals to convert opportunities into contracts.
• Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Manage existing key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling laundry, dry-cleaning, carpet, and upholstery services.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, contract compliance, and timely resolution of commercial issues.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and new-business targets.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of B2B/Corporate Sales experience.
• Strong experience in corporate/institutional client acquisition and contract sales is essential.
• Experience in Commercial Laundry, Industrial Laundry, Hospitality, Facility Management, or Cleaning Services is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is strongly preferred.
• Experience dealing with hotels, hospitals, government, military, catering companies, or large corporate accounts is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi market and B2B business environment.
• A valid Saudi driving license is an advantage, especially if the role involves frequent client visits.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role is negotiable, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
