SPIMACO is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to driving strategic and functional excellence across the organization and its group companies.

Role Overview

The Corporate Strategy Manager is responsible for managing team and project execution, promoting strategic and functional excellence. This position involves cultivating an environment of continuous improvement, overseeing team dynamics, and ensuring the successful delivery of departmental objectives and company-wide strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate strategy development, including defining vision, mission, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead the strategy cascade to various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Ensure organizational alignment across SPIMACO, its subsidiaries, and group companies.
• Communicate strategy plans and guidelines effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Integrate strategy planning with operational and budgeting processes.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to ensure effective strategy implementation.
• Monitor and report on strategy execution progress and its impact on corporate objectives.
• Conduct strategy review meetings to share experiences and insights, providing updates to senior management.
• Oversee team or project operations, aligning them with departmental goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and processes.
• Manage and develop team members, fostering continuous skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure cross-departmental alignment and synergy.
• Monitor and report on project or team performance against established metrics.

Working Relationships

This role involves regular interaction with various internal and external parties:

• Internal Interactions: Collaborating with team members on projects, conducting performance check-ins with direct reports, participating in training and development programs, and attending departmental meetings to align efforts.
• External Interactions: Communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction, engaging in negotiations with suppliers, attending industry networking events to stay updated on trends, and participating in professional development workshops.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Corporate Strategy Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in corporate strategy, management, or a related field.
