About the Role

An organization within the FMCG industry is seeking a Country Manager (Europe). This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is critical for driving the company's strategic growth. The role involves leading the development and execution of the European expansion strategy, aiming to establish and strengthen the company's presence across the continent.

Strategic Focus

The Country Manager will hold primary responsibility for all commercial operations and market development initiatives within Europe. This includes identifying new market opportunities, building robust distribution networks, and ensuring the achievement of regional commercial targets to secure sustained business growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy across Europe.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage distributor partnerships.
Drive sales growth and achieve regional commercial targets.
Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Represent the business at industry events and with key external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience leading commercial operations or market expansion across Europe within the FMCG sector.
Strong network and understanding of European distributors, retailers, and route-to-market strategies.
Demonstrated success in launching new markets and delivering commercial growth.
Experience negotiating and managing distributor partnerships.
A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

This is a full-time role requiring presence in Riyadh. The position involves strategic oversight and operational leadership for European markets, necessitating a strong understanding of international business dynamics.
