Country Manager

About the Role

CreatorLab is seeking a Country Manager to lead its TikTok LIVE agency operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves taking over an established team and an active roster of creators, with full responsibility for market performance, people management, and growth. The position requires a hands-on leader capable of enhancing existing operations and scaling revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the country’s P&L, revenue targets, and overall business performance.
• Lead and manage the existing team of agents, setting clear goals and ensuring accountability.
• Review and adjust the current team structure to improve coverage and results.
• Drive creator recruitment and onboarding to expand the roster in both quality and size.
• Establish and enforce creator performance benchmarks, including LIVE days, hours, and revenue targets.
• Track creator and agent performance weekly and address underperformance promptly.
• Manage and refine compensation and commission structures for creators and internal teams.
• Identify high-potential creators early and develop growth plans for them.
• Improve internal workflows, reporting, and operational processes.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the TikTok LIVE team in KSA.
• Report regularly to senior management on results, risks, and plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, live streaming, or a creator agency.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team.
• Demonstrated track record of owning targets and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of TikTok LIVE or similar live streaming platforms.
• Data-driven approach, comfortable working with performance metrics and dashboards.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with creators and partners.
• Highly organized, with strong execution and follow-through capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• An existing network of Saudi creators.
• Experience working directly with TikTok or another platform’s partnerships team.
• Experience taking over and improving an existing team.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market and its content guidelines.
