The Role of Creative Director at VOZ

VOZ is seeking a Creative Director to lead and oversee the development of innovative concepts and creative executions. This position focuses on projects spanning music, branding, content, and multimedia. The Creative Director will be responsible for translating ideas into impactful creative experiences, leading cross-functional teams, and upholding high standards of quality and originality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and direction for projects and campaigns.
• Develop concepts and creative strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage and mentor creative teams and external collaborators.
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all creative outputs.
• Collaborate closely with clients, producers, and project managers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging creative practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Media, Music, or a related field.

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and strategic thinking.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in branding, content production, advertising, or the creative industry is highly preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
