Culinary Coordinator

About the Role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Culinary Coordinator for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communications via phone and email to address inquiries and requests. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and assisting guests with various needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for clients, responding to questions and requests via phone and email.
• Enter and retrieve information in computer databases to update records, files, and reservations, and answer guest inquiries.
• Operate standard office equipment, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software for document preparation.
• Transmit information or documents using computers, mail, or facsimile machines, ensuring accuracy and completeness through proofreading and editing.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues, developing and maintaining positive working relationships.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to use computer databases and point-of-sale systems for information entry and retrieval.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing written documents accurately.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
