Culinary Coordinator

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Culinary Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, and supporting various administrative and operational tasks within the hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for clients, responding to questions and requests via phone and email.
• Enter and retrieve information in computer databases to update records, files, and reservations, and answer guest inquiries.
• Operate standard office equipment, including computers, and prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Transmit information or documents using computers, mail, or facsimile machines, ensuring accuracy and completeness through proofreading and editing.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, ensure confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and departments, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
