The Role of Customer Relationship Management Specialist

LogexApp is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is dedicated to building stronger customer relationships, enhancing customer retention, and driving sustainable growth through the implementation of data-driven CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Build customer segments and design targeted CRM campaigns.
• Analyze customer behavior, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Manage customer lifecycle and communication journeys.
• Monitor CRM campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Utilize customer data to identify opportunities for growth and increase customer lifetime value.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through testing and performance analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Lifecycle Management, Customer Retention, or a similar role.
• Experience in the delivery, logistics, e-commerce, or technology sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and retention strategies.
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer databases.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
