The Role of a Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Agent at Ninja, you will serve as a frontline representative, providing essential support to our customer base. This full-time position is central to handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across all interactions, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
