About the Role

Imploy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing customer support, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. The role operates on a shift-based schedule, with Friday designated as a fixed weekly day off.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and messages across various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, to address their requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding products or services and promptly resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Follow up on open customer cases to ensure appropriate and satisfactory resolutions.
• Enter and update customer information, documenting interaction details within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Availability to work with Friday as a fixed weekly day off.

Work Schedule

This position requires working on a shift-based schedule. Friday is a fixed day off each week for all Customer Service Representatives.
