About Unifonic and the Customer Solutions Consultant Role

Unifonic operates in the Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) sector, providing business communication solutions to over 5000 companies. The company is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Customer Solutions Consultant guides clients through digital transformation initiatives utilizing cloud communication platforms. This involves leading collaborative efforts with a virtual team comprising sales, engineering, and support resources. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, influencing long-term strategic direction, and acting as a trusted advisor to CXOs and technology decision-makers. Key activities include evaluating customer cloud communication strategies, recommending solutions aligned with business and technical requirements, addressing deployment challenges, and ensuring successful product adoption to achieve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams during the sales process, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and related documentation.
• Develop a working knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
• Participate in Sales team meetings to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business goals, and contribute to shaping relevant solutions.
• Support problem escalation and best-practice efforts to assist clients and internal teams in using Unifonic's products effectively.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and pilots that illustrate Unifonic's value to prospects and clients.
• Relay timely and organized client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development based on real business cases.
• Ensure a smooth handover of won deals to the Customer Success team, providing clear context on customer goals and configuration.
• Provide technical input to Sales and Account Management for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and Engineering, as required to finalize deals.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• The ability to align product and service offerings with customer requirements.
• Proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting customer needs, translating them into practical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with multiple stakeholders and collaboration within virtual and cross-functional teams.
