Customers & External Identities Senior Expert

About the Role

stc is seeking a Customers & External Identities Senior Expert to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for extending stc's identity management tools to integrate with Group third-party HRMS and for enabling identity and access monitoring for Group third-party users. The role holder will ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with established business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Extend stc identity management tools to integrate with Group third-party HRMS.
• Manage Group third-party users' identity lifecycle technology, applying best practices in line with NCA and stc regulations and standards, including role-based access to enforce the least privilege concept for stc IT applications and Telco/Network systems.
• Enable IAM machine learning and user behavior analytics to mitigate risks associated with Group third-party identities.
• Develop risk-based authentication mechanisms based on user-defined risk scores.
• Conduct audits of third-party user lifecycle management processes and flag access misuse or process violations to relevant stakeholders.
• Govern the implementation of identity and access management within stc for Group third-party users accessing stc systems, aligning with CS Governance policy and standards.
• Lead the design of identity and access management supporting processes and procedures for Group third-party users accessing stc systems, in alignment with CS Governance policy and standards.
• Lead the design of identity verification technology for third-party offshore users, aligning with HR and IT processes and technologies.
• Enable Group third-party users' identity and access monitoring by developing appropriate threat use cases with the Cyber Defense Center.
• Lead the design of Customer Identity & Access Management technology for Group applications such as stc Play, stc TV, and the Mystc portal.
• Maintain and operate Customer Identity & Access Management technology, ensuring its infrastructure is updated with the latest patches and system upgrades.
• Establish 24/7 performance monitoring for customer identity management technology.
• Enable customer identity and access management to securely empower the digital access experience, from registration to logging and user management, in alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
• Enhance IAM user experience by understanding customer behavior through a design-thinking approach, in alignment with business units.
• Enable IAM machine learning and user behavior analytics to reduce customer identity risks.
• Maintain Customer Access Management Monitoring and user activity logs.
• Ensure the provision of a secured API infrastructure for customer identity management integrations with business applications.
• Stay updated on DIM & AC management solutions industry trends and developments, implementing upgrades, changes, or enhancements to comply with evolved cybersecurity policies and meet business needs.

Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Technology Systems Security, specifically in a Systems Risk Management role.
• Prior experience in the technology or telecommunication industry is preferred.
• This role is designated as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
