About the Role

Al-Dawaa Medical Services Co. is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to maintaining accurate and organized data within our systems, primarily focusing on collecting and entering information into databases and various computerized tools, including the WM system.

Core Responsibilities

• Validate data from commercial invoices, ASN (Advance Shipping Notices), and PO (Purchase Orders).
• Generate pharmacy orders efficiently using the auto replenishment system.
• Accept and dispatch RSD (Return to Supplier/Distribution) notifications after thorough validation of all associated data, including GTIN (Global Trade Item Number), Batch numbers, and quantities.
• Post all SAP documents, such as IBDs (Inbound Deliveries), OBDs (Outbound Deliveries), and TOs (Transfer Orders).
• Print customer invoices and any other necessary related documents as required.

Data Integrity and Reporting

• Report on all daily follow-up tasks, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
• Review data for any deficiencies or errors, correcting incompatibilities and providing immediate feedback to the Warehouse (WH) supervisor.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment, addressing any malfunctions promptly.
• Strictly comply with all established data integrity and security policies to safeguard information.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this Data Entry position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in data entry or a similar administrative role, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management principles and system operations.
