DBH Commercial Manager

About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a DBH Commercial Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing and executing commercial strategies to enhance sales, profitability, and category growth within the business. The manager will be responsible for key commercial functions, including supplier management and market analysis.

Role Overview

The DBH Commercial Manager supports the overall commercial performance by managing supplier relationships, leading negotiations, and optimizing product assortment and pricing. This position involves continuous monitoring of category performance and identifying market opportunities to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DPH category strategy to achieve sales, margin, and market share targets.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct negotiations, and finalize annual commercial agreements.
• Analyze category performance data and implement action plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Define assortment strategy, product selection, and category segmentation.
• Lead pricing strategies, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives to maximize commercial performance.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Store Operations to ensure product availability and successful execution of plans.
• Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and commercial reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and leading negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills for category performance evaluation and market trend analysis.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the DBH Commercial Manager will work collaboratively with various internal departments to achieve commercial objectives.
