About the DC Supervisor Role at NADEC Foods

NADEC Foods is seeking a DC Supervisor to join its operations team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to managing the daily functions of the Distribution Center, ensuring efficiency and adherence to critical operational standards across all activities.

Role Purpose and Impact

The DC Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing all Distribution Center operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, and dispatch. This position is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and cold chain compliance throughout the distribution process, contributing directly to NADEC Foods' operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Distribution Center operations, including receiving, picking, inventory control, dispatching, and returns processing.
• Monitor Distribution Center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure that operational targets are consistently achieved.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure optimum stock levels, and implement proper stock rotation practices.
• Ensure strict adherence to cold chain requirements and product handling standards.
• Uphold HACCP, safety, hygiene, and quality standards within the Distribution Center.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of receiving, stocking, and dispatching activities.
• Lead and supervise Distribution Center employees, effectively managing team resources.
• Prepare comprehensive operational, inventory, dispatch, and loss reports.
• Ensure full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Logistics Management or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Logistics, including at least 1 year in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Warehouse or Distribution Center operations.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Solid knowledge of inventory management principles, replenishment processes, and warehouse management systems.
• Understanding of cold chain and quality requirements specific to food distribution.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
