Delivery Coordinator (SAP) Cloud Application Services (CAS)

About the Role

JCA Associates is seeking a Delivery Coordinator (SAP) Cloud Application Services (CAS) for a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves acting as an Onsite Delivery Coordinator for CAS customers, coordinating delivery activities between the Application Service Manager (ASM), supplier consultants, and the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute delivery tickets and topics to appropriate consultants, tracking their progress.
• Prioritize tickets and activities based on workload and customer requirements.
• Ensure agreed customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
• Validate deliverables such as Technical Specifications, Change Requests, and effort estimations in coordination with the ASM and consultants.
• Facilitate collaboration across different technical and functional teams.
• Coordinate consultant availability throughout the Transition, Operations, and Closure phases.
• Support business continuity and resource replacement activities.
• Act as an escalation point for tickets, quality, governance, and customer-related issues.
• Manage de-escalations on the supplier side in collaboration with the ASM, CAS Lead Consultant, and GSM.
• Represent the supplier in executive and management-level escalations.
• Participate in regular governance meetings with CAS Delivery and the Delivery Supplier Manager.
• Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and improvements, and suggest potential enhancements to the customer.
• Apply strong knowledge of SAP applications and delivery processes to ensure successful business outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP applications and delivery processes.

Work Arrangement and Location

The role is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The initial phase includes 1 week of remote onboarding, followed by 3 months onsite at the new customer location in Riyadh. After this initial onsite period, the work arrangement will transition to 1 week remote and 1 week onsite. The role is expected to become fully remote once confirmed by the customer.
