About the Role

SYSTRA is seeking a Deputy Interface Manager Technical (Saudi National) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves monitoring and managing project design interfaces to ensure effective coordination across all project disciplines and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track interfaces between railway systems, civil works, and external projects to support seamless project integration.
Review and validate contractor interface deliverables, including interface management plans, matrices, registers, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Identify and address interface-related issues with contractors and provide guidance on effective solutions for project delivery.
Assess contractor interface management performance and recommend corrective actions as required.
Facilitate coordination between Metro Design-Build packages and surrounding projects to ensure alignment of design and construction activities.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, third parties, and project management organizations to support interface management objectives.
Collaborate with Lead Civil, Lead Systems, Lead Depot, and Lead Operations & Maintenance teams to resolve interface challenges.
Ensure consistency and alignment between railway subsystems, civil works, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Engage with contractor interface managers to monitor interface progress, resolve issues, and support project delivery requirements.
Prepare interface reports, action trackers, and status updates for project management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must be a Saudi National.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position within SYSTRA's project team.
