About the Role

Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced Digital Portfolio Lead for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This techno-functional leadership role requires over 10 years of relevant experience and focuses on overseeing a strategic digital product portfolio.

Role Overview and Context

The Digital Portfolio Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end portfolio delivery, ensuring the alignment of business objectives with technology execution. This position involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products and services, working closely with senior stakeholders, and providing strategic direction across multiple workstreams. Key aspects include establishing effective governance, ensuring delivery excellence, and fostering continuous improvement within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, governance, planning, and delivery of an assigned product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, business analysis, architecture, engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and production support.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for portfolio priorities, progress, risks, and decision-making.
• Translate business priorities into delivery roadmaps, milestones, and actionable outcomes.
• Participate in solution and architecture discussions to ensure technical solutions align with business and product objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Establish portfolio governance, reporting, risk management, dependency management, and resource planning.
• Monitor delivery performance, quality, timelines, and overall portfolio outcomes while driving continuous improvement.
• Mentor delivery managers, product owners, technical leads, and other key team members.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, quality, governance, documentation, and production readiness standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of proven experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives within government or enterprise environments.

Additional Considerations

• Previous experience working within the public sector or large enterprise organizations is preferred.
