NHC Innovation is seeking a dedicated Digital Project Sr. Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is essential for supporting the efficient and structured delivery of digital projects within the organization.

Role Overview

The Digital Project Sr. Officer at NHC Innovation plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of digital projects. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support and coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial intake to final closure. The officer will apply approved project management methodologies, coordinate activities across various functional teams, and diligently maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation. The ultimate goal is to enable compliant, timely, and value-driven delivery across all Digital functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project intake activities and maintain accurate project records within approved systems.
• Assist in the preparation of project charters, schedules, and essential governance documentation.
• Update project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and project repositories regularly.
• Coordinate project meetings, accurately document minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Track project milestones and report progress effectively to project teams.
• Support budget tracking and resource utilization reporting to aid in project financial management.
• Assist in processing change requests and maintaining comprehensive approval records.
• Compile project status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support project testing, deployment, and closure documentation processes.
• Maintain all project documentation, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and auditable.

Experience Requirements
