About Nextwo and the Senior Digital Strategist Role

Nextwo Co., a subsidiary of T2, is seeking a Senior Digital Strategist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to shaping and driving digital transformation initiatives for our banking and fintech clients within the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the strategic direction of digital banking products and services.

Role Purpose and Strategic Direction

As a Senior Digital Strategist, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through their digital evolution. This position involves leading the strategic development and implementation of advanced digital solutions, directly impacting the growth and efficiency of banking and fintech operations. The focus is on delivering impactful strategies that align with market demands and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of digital strategy roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and Saudi market dynamics.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across digital banking and fintech operations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior to inform digital strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and define success metrics.
• Design go-to-market strategies for new digital products and channels.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this full-time Senior Digital Strategist position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. This experience should ideally be within digital strategy, digital transformation, or a related field, particularly with exposure to the banking and fintech sectors.
