Role Purpose

The Director - Food & Beverage is responsible for defining and implementing the operational strategy for the department. This involves maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction by upholding the highest standards of quality, service, and marketing across all food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Food & Beverage department to ensure high standards of quality, service, and marketing.
• Plan and oversee administrative and operational functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation, to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Implement effective controls for food, beverage, and labor costs, while driving revenue through innovative marketing and service enhancements.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, promoting a culture committed to guest and team member wellbeing.
