About the Role
VaporVM is seeking a Director of Sales – Cybersecurity, Cloud & Microsoft Solutions to lead enterprise sales initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time, executive-level position is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within key market segments.
Key Responsibilities
The Director of Sales will define and execute the company's sales strategy for Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Microsoft solution portfolios, focusing on sustainable revenue growth and profitability. This includes developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, identifying market trends, and understanding customer needs and competitive dynamics to drive business expansion.
Key responsibilities also encompass building and maintaining executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, government officials, and enterprise decision-makers. The role involves leading the entire sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract closure, developing strategic account plans, and driving large-scale enterprise and government sales opportunities.
Furthermore, the Director of Sales will establish and strengthen relationships with technology partners, including Microsoft, cloud providers, and cybersecurity vendors, collaborating on joint business plans and market expansion. Representing VaporVM at industry forums and executive meetings is also a core function.
Team Leadership and Development
This role requires building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales organization. The Director will foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and customer-centricity, while establishing sales KPIs, forecasting processes, and performance management frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience within the Technology, Cybersecurity, or Cloud industry.
- Proven success in enterprise and government sales within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated experience managing multimillion-dollar sales pipelines and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Technical and Domain Expertise
A strong understanding of the following is essential:
- Cybersecurity Solutions and Services
- Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Hybrid Cloud)
- Microsoft 365 and Security Solutions
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Managed Security Services (MSSP)
- Digital Transformation Programs
- Enterprise Infrastructure & Modern Workplace Solutions
An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security)
- AWS Certifications
- Cybersecurity Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.)
- Sales Leadership or Executive Management Certifications
