PixelBoard Innovation Group is seeking a Director of Sales and Business Development to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership position is central to driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion within the Kingdom. The role requires a commercially driven professional with over 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Director of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing PixelBoard’s commercial strategy. This involves building a robust sales pipeline, securing high-value opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with key clients across government, semi-government, and private sectors. This is a hands-on leadership role that demands strong market knowledge, an established professional network, and a proven capability to close complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PixelBoard’s business development and sales strategy.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across government, semi-government, and private-sector organizations.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline from lead generation through contract closure.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead proposals, presentations, commercial negotiations, and tender submissions.
• Establish strategic partnerships that expand PixelBoard’s reach and capabilities.
• Set revenue targets, sales plans, forecasts, and performance indicators.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Work closely with product and delivery teams to develop relevant client solutions.
• Recruit, lead, and develop the business development and sales team.
• Provide accurate pipeline and revenue reports to executive leadership.
• Represent PixelBoard at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant business development or sales leadership role.
• Proven record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value, complex deals.
• Strong network across the Saudi government, semi-government, or enterprise market.
• Experience developing commercial strategies and leading end-to-end sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of procurement, tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercially astute, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within technology, digital solutions, consulting, or a related sector.
• Previous responsibility for building or scaling a sales function.
• Experience selling to government entities and navigating public-sector procurement.
