DPI Support Specialist

About the Role

Ericsson KSA is seeking a DPI Support Specialist to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the operation and maintenance of Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) platforms across mobile and FTTH networks. The specialist will contribute to maintaining platform stability and performance while addressing business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain DPI platforms, including monitoring performance and analyzing trends to identify potential failures or degradation.
• Investigate and resolve customer and platform issues, coordinating with PS Core, IP Transport, OSS/BSS, and vendor teams as needed.
• Prepare and manage reporting related to regulatory requirements in line with applicable processes.
• Engage vendor Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support for complex defects and follow established escalation processes when necessary.
• Participate in the team’s 24x7 on-call support rotation.
