Dr. Scent SA is a company focused on the e-commerce sector, operating within the Saudi market. The organization is committed to expanding its online presence and optimizing the digital customer experience for its product offerings, working closely with its Head Office in the UAE.

The E-commerce Executive Role

Dr. Scent SA is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage and grow its e-commerce business in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving online sales, enhancing the customer journey, managing product listings, and coordinating promotional activities. The successful candidate will implement the company's overarching e-commerce strategy for the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of Dr. Scent's e-commerce business in Saudi Arabia.
Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory availability, and website content.
Coordinate with the Head Office in the UAE for campaign implementation, product launches, and promotional activities.
Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior, providing recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Manage online campaigns in conjunction with the Digital Marketing team to increase traffic and sales.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior specific to Saudi Arabia.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, including actionable recommendations.
Ensure an excellent online shopping experience by monitoring website performance and resolving operational issues.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar systems.
Strong understanding of online merchandising, conversion optimization, and customer journey management.
Experience working with online marketplaces is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and various reporting tools.
Experience in the beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, retail, or FMCG industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi e-commerce market and local customer behavior.
