About Segadty and the Role

Segadty is seeking an E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing the daily operations of our e-commerce store and various online marketplaces, including Zid, Amazon, and Trendyol. The Executive will oversee the entire order lifecycle, from processing to fulfillment, shipping, and delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure efficient and accurate management of all operational aspects related to online sales channels. This includes meticulous order handling, inventory synchronization, logistics coordination, and proactive issue resolution to maintain high operational standards and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, hands-on, and capable of effective coordination between the warehouse, branches, customer service, marketplaces, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily orders across the e-commerce store (Zid Dashboard) and marketplaces (Amazon, Trendyol, and other sales channels).
• Oversee the complete order lifecycle, including review, processing, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with the warehouse team and ensure orders are processed and shipped within required turnaround times.
• Process and monitor marketplace orders, ensuring compliance with platform-specific requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor and resolve operational issues such as missing items, incorrect orders, cancellations, exchanges, returns, and delayed orders across all channels.
• Coordinate inventory availability across the website and marketplaces, managing stock transfers and replenishment between the warehouse and branches.
• Manage daily operational coordination with courier and logistics partners, monitoring AWB creation, shipment pickup, delivery, and status.
• Follow up on delayed, failed, or returned shipments and collaborate with couriers, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely order status updates across all systems and marketplaces.
• Prepare operational reports covering order fulfillment, delays, cancellations, returns, and operational errors, identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, Order Fulfillment, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in order processing, inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
• Proficiency with Zid and Amazon Seller Central, along with experience in other marketplaces, is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, Marketplace Operations, SKU management, barcodes, and inventory synchronization.
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of orders and coordinate effectively across multiple internal and external teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to take ownership of daily operations.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close coordination with various internal departments including warehouse, branches, and customer service, as well as external logistics partners to ensure smooth operational flow.
