About the Early Career Trainee Role

GE HealthCare Saudi Arabia is seeking an Early Career Trainee for Inside Service Sales in Riyadh. This internship position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on growing sales within an assigned Service Product Portfolio. The role involves prospecting, qualifying, quoting, and closing new business, while also maintaining long-term customer relationships and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed order and revenue targets for service products through outbound and inbound calls and email activities.
Implement a proactive call schedule to increase sales growth and productivity.
Prioritize selling time to build and maintain a balanced funnel of sales prospects, generating sales, achieving account penetration, and driving market share growth.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of each account’s history, contacts, and long-term purchase plans for designated products.
Track call outcomes and opportunities using designated processes within GE CRM tools.
Act as the primary salesperson for tactical sales opportunities, working directly with prospective customers to build value for offerings, present proposals, negotiate, and secure orders.
Support and partner with field service engineers and the service sales team to maximize account penetration by identifying sales prospects, developing targeted account strategies, and providing account follow-up.
Collaborate with Product Managers to identify new growth opportunities, initiate campaigns, and participate in implementing go-to-market approaches.
Maintain current and competitive product knowledge and understand market dynamics to offer creative solutions and execute territory strategies.
Understand basic clinical applications, functions, features, and benefits, and communicate them to customers.
Support Install Base cleanup initiatives, collect data, and follow up on progress.
Prepare proposals and follow up on contract agreements.
Support and promote initiatives to drive Digital tools Growth Strategies.
Support the logistics and commercial operations teams to enhance response time in the quoting process.

Quality and Compliance

Comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within defined deadlines.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns, taking immediate corrective action as required.
Possess knowledge of Saudi Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations) and operate within them.
Possess knowledge of all Environmental Health Policies (including GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules) and operate within them.
Ensure order and configuration quality at the point of entry for accuracy and integrity.
Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures.

Candidate Profile

This role is suitable for an individual with 0-1 years of experience, seeking an internship opportunity in inside sales. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and possess strong communication skills to engage with hospitals, clinics, biomedical departments, and physician offices via email and phone.
