About the Role

ALJOMAIH BOTTLING PLANTS is seeking a Full-time Electrical Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This role is central to ensuring the continuous operation and optimal performance of plant equipment. The Electrical Engineer will plan and oversee preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities, provide essential technical support for troubleshooting and equipment upgrades, and lead electrical installations and commissioning. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on guiding the maintenance team to uphold safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance plans for plants, including scheduling activities, allocating resources, and coordinating maintenance requirements to ensure reliable operation of electrical systems.
• Develop, review, and update maintenance procedures, controls, and engineering standards, and prepare and monitor departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain operational performance in line with company policies.
• Lead the generation, allocation, and follow-up of maintenance work orders for all production lines, ensuring activities are properly recorded, updated, and tracked within the MP2 system.

Technical Expertise

• Lead troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities by analyzing electrical failures, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring equipment performance.
• Plan, supervise, and validate new or modified electrical installations, including motors, control circuits, automation systems, and lighting networks.
• Conduct testing and commissioning activities, confirming compliance with operational and safety requirements before final acceptance.
• Review and evaluate newly delivered electrical spare parts, materials, and equipment, verifying technical specifications, quality requirements, and compatibility with existing systems.

Team Leadership and Guidance

• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting expertise, and engineering support to the electrical maintenance team.
• Recommend solutions, support complex repairs, and ensure the availability of required tools, spare parts, and resources for the team.
• Set targets for the team, lead activities according to priorities, develop subordinates, appraise their performance, and motivate them to meet business objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, with 2-5 years of relevant work history.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and oversee maintenance activities, provide technical support, and lead electrical installations.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting methodologies, and safety standards.
