About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Engineer Electrician to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the physical safety and operational functionality of the hotel's electrical systems, thereby supporting a seamless guest experience. The position requires 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Electrician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment to uphold operational excellence and contribute to a positive Guest and Member experience. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring all work adheres to electrical codes and providing essential assistance during emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems to identify the cause of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Inspect electrical equipment to ensure compliance with relevant coding standards.
• Advise management on potential hazards associated with the continued operation of equipment.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using appropriate hand and power tools.
• Provide emergency assistance by operating floodlights and generators, placing flares, and driving necessary vehicles.
• Conduct quality inspections in accordance with company standards.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Undertake special projects and other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Engineer Electrician position should have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant electrical role. The ability to perform the responsibilities outlined, including adherence to electrical codes and safety standards, is required.
