About the Role

HCLTech is seeking an Engineer for Service Line Management, specializing in Security and SAP Security. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on ensuring the effective management and delivery of security services, with a particular emphasis on SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The role is critical for maintaining system integrity, resolving issues, and implementing new client requests while upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.

Role Purpose and Context

The Support Operations Engineer plays a central role in the security services team. This position is responsible for the technical execution and maintenance of security solutions, specifically within the SAP Security and GRC frameworks. The engineer will ensure that security measures are robust, compliant, and responsive to both existing operational needs and evolving client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement code solutions using SAP Security and GRC tools to meet project requirements and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Maintain existing security projects by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Security configurations and GRC functionalities.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze new feature requests, translating them into technical specifications and developing enhancements within the SAP Security framework.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for security processes, code changes, and project status to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team dedicated to security service delivery, focusing on specialized areas such as SAP Security and GRC.
