Ennismore is seeking an Engineering Coordinator (Saudi National) to join the team at Faena Wadi Safar in the Al Wadi District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that plays a central role in ensuring the seamless operation of the property's technical infrastructure.

Role Purpose

The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for supporting the technical operations of Faena Wadi Safar, ensuring that all systems, infrastructure, and spaces function effectively. This role contributes to maintaining the property's aesthetic standards, safety protocols, and operational objectives. The coordinator works closely with the Director and Manager of Engineering to manage projects, track progress, and maintain operational efficiency, translating technical requirements into clear, actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily engineering activities, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical requests to ensure system precision and reliability.
• Support pre-opening projects by tracking timelines, liaising with contractors, and monitoring the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to facilitate a smooth opening.
• Serve as the primary communication point between Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and other departments to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Maintain meticulous records, documentation, and reporting for compliance, logs, and checklists.
• Develop technical knowledge, operational understanding, and leadership presence, supporting the growth of Saudi National talent within the engineering division.
• Ensure technical excellence supports the guest experience, operational rhythm, and safety standards without detracting from the hotel's overall artistry and guest focus.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in engineering coordination, facilities management, or technical operations.
• Experience ideally gained within luxury hospitality or large-scale mixed-use developments.
