About the Engineering Manager Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering and maintenance operations in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing assigned facilities and contracts, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of critical building systems. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for compliance, asset management, and the development of the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety, and building services systems.
• Develop and manage planned preventive maintenance programs in line with SFG20 standards and client contractual requirements.
• Monitor engineering performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective action where needed.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering supervisors, engineers, and technical staff.
• Maintain the integrity of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) asset register and ensure complete maintenance and compliance records.
• Develop and control engineering budgets, resource plans, and operational expenditure.

Required Experience and Certifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, engineering operations, or building services.
• At least 8 years of this experience must be in a senior leadership role.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is required.
• PMP, NEBOSH/IOSH, or facilities/asset management certifications are preferred.

Regional Expertise

Candidates must possess extensive experience in delivering engineering services within the GCC market and demonstrate a thorough understanding of its regulatory environment.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
