About the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Engineer Role

Ejada is seeking a skilled Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Engineer specializing in Laserfiche to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 5-10 years of experience who are adept at leveraging Laserfiche and Microsoft technologies to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview and Impact

The ECM Engineer is responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle of ECM solutions, encompassing design, development, implementation, and ongoing support. This role focuses on automating critical business processes, developing advanced digital forms and workflows, and integrating various enterprise applications. The objective is to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant ECM solutions that significantly contribute to the organization's digital transformation goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laserfiche Forms and Business Process solutions to automate organizational workflows and services.
• Optimize Laserfiche Workflow solutions, including routing, approvals, escalations, notifications, SLA monitoring, and exception handling.
• Build and maintain integrations between Laserfiche and enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, portals, identity management, email, and payment systems.
• Develop applications and integrations using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ****, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Design and implement API-based integrations utilizing REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Web Services, and middleware technologies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs, repository structures, metadata models, workflow logic, and automation solutions.
• Support document capture, ingestion, OCR processing, metadata validation, classification, and content management capabilities.
• Prepare technical specifications, solution architecture documents, deployment plans, test cases, and release documentation.
• Participate in solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, production deployments, and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues, integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and application defects.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, records governance requirements, repository controls, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality ECM solutions.
• Contribute to development standards, reusable components, coding best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Laserfiche certifications are required.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft Technologies, Software Development, Integration Platforms, or Cloud Technologies are preferred.

Required Professional Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise Application Development, ECM, BPM, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Laserfiche development, including Forms and Workflow solutions.
• Proven experience in software development using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Experience in system integrations utilizing APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience supporting full software development lifecycle activities, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
