Environment Health and Safety Coordinator

About the Role

Centro Olaya is seeking an Environment, Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and implement policies and procedures that maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work environment. The Coordinator will play a key role in identifying potential hazards and preventing workplace incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety programs designed to minimize workplace injuries and accidents.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees on established safety practices.
• Investigate accidents or incidents to determine their causes and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
• Stay informed about all environmental regulations and ensure the organization maintains proper compliance.
• Communicate effectively with employees, management, and regulatory bodies regarding safety and environmental concerns.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) coordination or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and investigations.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing safety programs.
