The Role of ERP Project Manager

DWP IT Arabia is seeking an ERP Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent Odoo and SAP Business One implementation projects. This is a full-time, delivery-focused role based in Riyadh, requiring 2-5 years of experience. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project status, client communication, and coordinating delivery teams from project kickoff through to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent ERP implementation projects from end to end.
• Maintain project plans, status reporting, and logs for risks and issues for each project.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client's project team, communicating in Arabic.
• Follow up on client deliverables, including master data, sign-offs, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) feedback.
• Coordinate functional and technical delivery teams regarding priorities and timelines.
• Conduct project meetings and document all decisions and actions.
• Track project scope against the contract and manage change requests.
• Coordinate UAT, training, go-live activities, and support handover processes.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in ERP project management, specifically with Odoo and/or SAP Business One implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic, essential for client interaction.
• Proficiency in maintaining project documentation, including plans, status reports, and issue logs.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with diverse functional and technical teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing project issues early.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with clients and internal delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
