This full-time role involves leading clients through the complete transformation of their financial and operational workflows, moving from disparate systems to a fully integrated and adopted ERPNext environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ERPNext implementations from initial discovery through to configuration, data migration, and successful go-live.
• Collaborate directly with finance and operations users to translate their existing workflows into effective system configurations.
• Execute data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity and historical continuity.
• Drive and ensure user adoption of the ERPNext system post-implementation, extending beyond the initial cutover phase.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe framework implementations.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP modules comprehensively.
• Proven ability to work directly with business users throughout the implementation process, without requiring an intermediary business analyst.
