Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is suited for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in ERP systems, providing expert guidance and support to clients in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of their ERP solutions.

The Role: ERP Functional Consultant – Finance (Fixed Assets)

The ERP Functional Consultant – Finance (Fixed Assets) is responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of the Fixed Assets module within the ERP system. This position involves close collaboration with finance stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design effective solutions, improve financial processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies. Strong expertise in fixed asset accounting, asset lifecycle management, depreciation methodologies, financial reporting, and ERP finance modules is a key requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide ERP solutions tailored for Fixed Assets processes.
• Configure and support Fixed Assets functionality, including asset capitalization, depreciation methods and books, asset transfers, asset retirement and disposal, and asset revaluation and adjustments.
• Ensure seamless integration between the Fixed Assets module and other core financial and operational modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Procurement, Inventory, and Project Accounting.
• Support ERP implementation projects, system upgrades, comprehensive testing, and go-live activities.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide essential post-implementation support to client teams.
• Develop critical project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, process documentation, and user manuals.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities and support audit requirements.
• Translate detailed business requirements into clear ERP functional specifications and robust solution designs.
• Perform system testing, provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and manage deployment activities.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with a proven track record in finance modules. This includes strong expertise in fixed asset accounting principles, comprehensive asset lifecycle management, various depreciation methodologies, financial reporting, and practical experience with ERP finance modules.
